CRM Systems
I thought that this topic in class was particularly interesting because everyday at work we use it. One of our main goals is to have a customer who is a promoter of our company and not a detractor. After every purchase a customer makes from our store we email them a survey to fill out to and the most important question is would you recommend us to friends and family. This is so important because it is basically free advertising. Apple does such a good job of creating customers who are obsessed with there products that they get others excited and create more business. It is a very smart technology for Apple to take advantage of.
